📣 Communication Expectations
- Athletes ages 13 and older should communicate with their coach first regarding routine team concerns.
- Any group communication involving an athlete and coach must include two adults.
- If a team does not have an assistant coach, include a club director.
- Please allow coaches up to 24 hours to respond before escalating routine concerns.
- Observe the 24–48 hour communication rule following tournaments.
- Safety concerns, abuse, inappropriate behavior, and serious misconduct must be reported immediately.
